In 2006, Nilesh completed his graduation from the University of Manchester. Four years later, in 2010, Nilesh and his partner Dr. Jassi established Pearl Smile. Throughout his extensive 17-year career in dentistry, Nilesh has consistently demonstrated clinical excellence, and earned him very good reputation with his patients and his profession.
In 2015, Nilesh became an accredited Invisalign provider, and over the course of eight years, he has developed a particular expertise in utilising Invisalign to help patients achieve their desired smiles. Nilesh is adept at performing orthodontic treatments ranging from simple to complex cases.
Aside from his focus on Invisalign, Nilesh also possesses a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry, including treatments such as composite bonding and minimally prepped veneers.
In 2016, Pearl Smile was named a Regional Centre of Excellence in Enlighten Teeth Whitening, thanks to Nilesh’s efforts. This means that many of Nilesh’s whitening patients results usually surpass general expectations.

Nilesh resides in the local community with his wife and children, and in what little spare time he has he enjoys socialising, photography and passionately supporting Manchester United. He firmly believes that one day ‘the treble season will be back!’
David Veress is our visiting implant surgeon. In 2009, he completed a one-year postgraduate implant training under the mentorship of world-renowned implant surgeon Prof. Tatum Hilt. David made multiple trips to the United States in subsequent years, to further enhance his expertise in advanced implant and bone grafting procedures.
For a six year period he practiced as a part-time visiting implant surgeon at a prestigious clinic in Harley Street, London. Over the past 15 years he has dedicated his practice to implant and cosmetic dentistry, having successfully completed more than 2000 implant and graft procedures.
David’s expertise covers a wide range of procedures, including dental implants, bone augmentation, soft tissue grafting, sinus grafts, zygomatic implants, subperiosteal implants, guided surgery, partial extraction immediate implants, All-on-4 treatments, as well as complex restorative procedures.
